Chandler Ware, a Lexington native, graduated from Lexington Catholic High School and earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Transylvania University. During his time at Transylvania, he not only excelled academically but also was heavily involved on campus through his time as a collegiate soccer player and member of the fraternity, Kappa Alpha.

 

With an MBA from the University of Kentucky, Chandler has carved out a successful career in marketing at Valvoline Global. 

 

Having  a deep-rooted passion for real estate Chandler has actively engaged in real estate investing, owning several rental properties and flipping single-family homes. Taking his passion even further he received his real estate license in August 2021.

 

Outside of his working life, Chandler finds joy in coaching and playing soccer, cheering on the Wildcats, and honing his culinary skills. He resides in Patchen Woods with his wife Darby, son Henry, and their yellow lab, Mowgli.
